Hello everyone, my name is Renee and I am a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Coach. Welcome to my blog! For those of you that don’t know me, I have been helping people manage or resolve their chronic pain issues for over 20 years and I am hopelessly addicted to all things Holistic! My fascination with Holistic Health and Natural Healing began in 1988 (Yikes, this makes me sound really old!), when I began studying different types of massage and other healing therapies at the Atlanta School of Massage). It was the beginning of a whole new paradigm for me! It was almost like learning a new language or culture. I had never heard of things like Colon Cleansing, Detoxification, Reflexology, etc., but the more I learned, the more I wanted to know! I decided that I was going to use my body as my own personal science project…I would try anything once…and I did! I lost 37 pounds and began feeling better than I had ever felt before, but that was all just the beginning of my journey. Now, 24 years later, I have researched, coached and taught on endless holistic remedies. I like to think that I have helped people find some REAL BUT SIMPLE solutions to some of their health challenges. But enough about me. Let’s talk about you for a minute….

Friends and clients have been after me to start a blog for a few years now and this is my first time so be gentle. Lol! I honestly don’t know if there are any rules in blogging. But if someone were to ask me what my goal is here, it would be this…

I want to help my readers be their absolute healthiest selves on a shoe string budget!

I am sooooo tired of everything that is healthy coming with a $50.00 price tag!!! Guys, you don’t have to break the bank to look younger, feel better and avoid disease. There are countless ways to improve your health and resolve your issues that are pretty close to being FREE! Some of them ARE free. You’ve just got to put a little time in.

So here’s the deal…. For the next three months I’m going to give you suggestions on how to:

All of these can be achieved with very little money but you have to be at least a little committed! Good health is not hard to obtain but it usually doesn’t come in a bottle and it doesn’’t happen by accident!
