Ingredients
  • 1ring pineappleat least 1″ thick with the core
  • 1/2 fresh avocado
  • 1/2 organic raw cucumber
  • 1sprig cilantroyou won’t even taste it
  • 10oz. filtered water or unsweetened apple juice

You can add any fresh, organic green leafy vegetable – get creative:

  • fresh spring greens
  • romaine lettuce
  • arugula
  • kale (stay away from iceberg lettuce as it’s been genetically modified and does not metabolize well).
