Reason to Drink: 1. Pineapple – contains Bromelain (natural anti-inflammatory and digests excess protein). Helps to alkalize the body. 2. Avocado – very alkalizing and helps to balance the acid/alkaline ratio in your body 3. Cucumber – a natural diuretic and anti-inflammatory, contains silica, a trace mineral that strengthens connective tissue 4. Cilantro – removes heavy metals (mercury) out of the body

1 ring pineapple at least 1″ thick with the core
1/2 fresh avocado
1/2 organic raw cucumber
1 sprig cilantro you won’t even taste it
10 oz. filtered water or unsweetened apple juice

You can add any fresh, organic green leafy vegetable – get creative:
fresh spring greens
romaine lettuce
arugula
kale (stay away from iceberg lettuce as it’s been genetically modified and does not metabolize well).
