Okay, so what does that mean?
Simply put, “puzzle pieces” are the requirements your body needs to function at peak capacity. They are the building blocks to repairing damaged tissue, detoxing your body, warding off infections and diseases, while providing all of the energy you’ll ever need for a healthy, productive life.
Remember as a child, trying to put together different types of puzzles? If you did not get each piece in it’s specific place the picture would be incomplete? Your body is no different. For “picture perfect” health, you must fill in the missing pieces.
